Bruce Simpson – Bruce is currently a Director in the Toronto office and is the Global Knowledge Leader of the Operations Practice. While Bruce has spent time in almost every industry the Firm serves, these days he tends to specialize in aerospace, metals and mining, public sector and healthcare operations. Bruce was one of the founding Partners of McKinsey's Operations practice in the early 1990s, leading Manufacturing in the Paris office before bringing his many talents to the Americas in 2000 and eventually becoming the head of the Americas Operations Practice from 2008-2009. John Stoner - John is a Partner in the D.C. office and a leader in the Public Sector and Operations practices. He specializes in high-tech, travel transport and logistics, lean operations, and post-merger management. His passion lies in the Public Sector due to his 18 years of military service where he has led McKinsey's economic stabilization efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Andrew LeSueur – Andrew is a Partner in the Stamford office and has successfully led Americas Operations recruiting for the past several seasons. He specializes in purchasing and supply management and service operations. As an experienced hire with a diverse background, Andrew brought a wealth of knowledge to McKinsey, including serving as CEO for two privately held tech companies.
